With over 17 years of healthcare experience, Justine brings incredible knowledge, compassion, and a genuine love for serving seniors and their families. Her background includes skilled nursing, assisted living, primary care, and oncology.

Originally from upstate New York, Justine spent the last several years in East Tennessee before joining our team. She's also a proud mom to an amazing daughter, and we are so lucky to have her as part of the SLP family.

Justine will be serving seniors and their families in Flagler and Volusia counties, helping them navigate independent living, assisted living, and memory care options.

Shartese Cadet is a Senior Living Advisor and Founder of Serenity Group, LLC, dedicated to helping seniors and their families navigate some of life's most important care decisions. With extensive experience in senior living, Medicaid assistance, and healthcare advocacy, she provides compassionate guidance throughout the placement process, helping families find the right level of care with confidence and peace of mind.

Known for her relationship-driven approach and unwavering commitment to serving others, Shartese works closely with families, healthcare professionals, and senior living communities throughout Flagler, Volusia and St. Johns Counties to ensure seniors receive the support, resources, and quality care they deserve.

Outside of her professional work, Shartese is a devoted wife and mother of two, as well as a proud fur baby parent. She enjoys spending time at the beach and creating lasting memories with her family — values that inspire her compassionate and heartfelt approach to helping others.
